Can you believe it! So much has happened in the past two weeks! Lighting has been installed, our tables and chairs have been set up, trees have been planted, we have green grass and sprinklers, and now we officially have our occupancy! I am thrilled with Langlas and so thankful for their partnership, as well as the opportunity to work with our friends at Collaborative Design to beautify the South Side of Billings! Hopefully we will have the opportunity to do many more projects with these two great companies!

Just this morning I was looking through a photo album that the kids left out. Low and behold, the page I turned to was from when I was in Seattle in 2015 and wrote out my first ideas for a neighborhood cafe on a napkin! While it didn’t happen when I thought it would happen, here we are 5 years later. Not by my timing, but by His!

THANK YOU FOR BELIEVING IN THE PROJECT! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!! In the midst of COVID this project persevered – and YOU are the reason for that! With a total budget of $954,000 we have raised all but $38,700 to fully fund the project AND the Apprenticeship Program! This program addresses the person wholistically through hard and soft skills training and wrap around services such as personal well-being with community support.
